Colour, finish & design selections heavily depend on multiple factors such as - matching & contrasting wall & cabinet colours, countertop, backsplash & flooring coordination, and hardware/fixtures finishes that tie it all together.
For paint, countertops, backsplash, flooring & hardware, our vendors offer large selections of materials & designs to match your vision.

Based on sound advice by experts in real estate - we recommend soft, neutral tones with not much complexity or bold colour/design.
While that may (or may not) align with your vision, it will ensure the home will be as generally appealing as possible to those who view it online or in person.

In kitchen design, there is a general rule of thumb of matching at least 2 of 3 fixture/hardware items in the kitchen. We recommend this system, but of course, your kitchen - your rules!
(Example: Matte black cabinet handles, matte black faucet, with a gold lighting fixture as an accent - OR brushed metal cabinet handles, brushed metal lighting fixture & brushed gold faucet.)
