Service Terms and Booking Conditions
These terms outline agreements for scheduling, site preparation, project estimates, and warranties. By submitting an online consultation form, accepting a written estimate, or scheduling work, clients agree to these terms. Read these guidelines carefully before project startup. Contact customer support for any questions regarding contractual terms.
Estimates, Project Scope, and Final Costs
All project estimates remain valid for 30 days from issuance. Written estimates detail baseline costs for labor, spray application, surface prep, and specialized millwork coatings.
Cost Adjustments and Unforeseen Repairs
On-Site Verification: Initial online quotes depend on physical surface inspection prior to application.
Surface Repairs: Unforeseen wood rot, severe water damage, structural substrate issues, or deep surface gouges require additional repair fees.
Scope Changes: Requests for additional rooms, alternate paint lines, custom hardware drilling, or backsplash additions update contract totals.
Clear documentation ensures transparent pricing throughout project delivery.
Payment Schedule and Deposit Policy
Booking Deposit: Pay a non-refundable deposit upon signing contract agreements to secure crew calendar slots.
Progress Payment: Submit mid-project milestone payments for extended multi-day residential or commercial assignments.
Final Settlement: Complete remaining balances immediately after the final site walkthrough inspection.
Schedules, Delays, and Site Access
Crews work to maintain projected timelines. Unfavorable humidity levels, extended drying windows, temperature swings, or specialty material shipping disruptions may shift completion targets. Clients receive immediate updates regarding weather or supplier postponements.
Client Site Preparation Responsibilities
Clients must remove wall hangings, fragile items, counter items, and personal belongings from active work zones prior to arrival. Crews move standard furniture, but personal valuables require pre-arrival storage. Keep children and pets away from spray areas, drying equipment, and prep zones for safety.
Warranty Coverage and Liability Limits
Craftsmanship warranties cover paint peeling, flaking, or adhesion failure resulting from application flaws. Warranties exclude standard surface wear, physical impacts, chemical spills, moisture intrusion behind walls, or structural building shifts.
